This was very helpful in planning our days. Upon arrival we were given an information packet with detailed directions to all attractions, beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. Seashore Campsites is located close to the Cape May beaches and attractions. There are several bathhouses scattered all over the campgrounds, along with a laundry facility. Ironicly, one of them was a return camper who wrote one of the reviews for this campgrounds here.

The showers and restrooms are very, very clean and over 5 days, we only encountered a couple of people using them at the same time. The campground was not crowded at all for the third week in June. They have over 600 campsites laid out over 90 acres of woods and paved roads, with lots of seasonal campers, as well as the staff, who are extreamly nice. We tented on a large wooded site (H11) that had water, electric and cable, close to the swimming lake and bathhouse. This campgrounds was more than we could have ever expected. This was our first time camping again in over 20 years and didn't know what to expect. we have gone from staying for 3 days to booking 4 weeks of the summer. We just returned from our Cape May beach vacation at Seashore Campgrounds, my granddaughters (ages 5 and 7) first trip to the ocean. the zoo, the beach, shopping, wildwood boardwalk, the best part is you drive 10 minutes and you are home, at seashore campsites. There is so many things to do around seashore campsite. They have a flea market on Saturdays and church service on Sundays for anyone wanting to attend. I park the truck and sometimes don't move it for days. My son really wants to do this, but I like all the excercise we get while we are there. Another new thing is renting golf carts for the week. Showers and bathrooms cleaned twice a day. Different size, age level playgrounds, for all children. they have a new minature golf course which is great. for the time you don't feel like cooking. Make sure they have a watch so they can check in or you will never see them. the first week we never even leave the campground, there is so much to do! Bring the kids' bikes. the best part is all of the activities are free. Different things from swimming games, to arts & crafts, to movies at night. There are so many activities for the children to do. anything i needed help with, they were there. (he is now 11!) we go every year! now I also take my 3 yr old daughter, and last year I took my niece as well. My son and I have camped at seashore campsite since he was 5 yrs old. Overall recommendation-we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again. The staff were always helpful and pleasant, and gave us recommendations about nearby restaurants and sightseeing options. The store also included plenty of snacks, camping and RV equipment, souvenirs, a snack shop, and very CLEAN bathrooms. The campsite store provided us with all the quarters we needed. Nearby Cape May public beaches are beautiful and clean, and great for the kids! You can park quite close to the beach, but need to feed the meters. These amenities were mostly superfluous to us-we just came for the beach. There's also a nice little lake with a lifeguard. The campsite advertises a heated pool, but our kids complained that the water was cold. They also have washing machines, but we didn't use them. There was a bathhouse close by, very clean, with hot water in the showers (5 minutes-25 cents). Our site was nicely wooded and quiet (as opposed to many of the RV sites, which are more exposed). We stayed at Seashore Campsites in what they call a "primitive camping" site-i.e.
